Any user found violating these terms and conditions or attempting to manipulate the FN E-Voting system will be disqualified from participating in the voting process.

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the FN E-Voting system, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or technical glitches.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of law.
