How is pricing determined?
For governments, pricing is based on the national budget, population size, and preferred voting channels. For organizations, it depends on the number of voters, election frequency, and required features. We work with each client to agree on a fair and sustainable fee.
Can I terminate my licence?
Yes. Upon termination, we decommission your E-Voting portal and hand over all proprietary data and files. If we manage your database, all databases and generated content are transferred to you. If you host your own database, it remains in your custody throughout and after the engagement.
How long does onboarding take?
Infrastructure setup takes a maximum of 5 days. Voter verification depends on the size of your registry — for governments, this typically takes around 2 weeks; for organizations, it can be significantly faster.
