Who can use the E-Voting system?
The platform is designed for both government electoral bodies and private organizations. Governments can deploy it for presidential, legislative, and gubernatorial elections, while organizations can use it for internal voting processes such as board elections, shareholder votes, and employee polls.
How long does onboarding take?
Infrastructure setup takes a maximum of 5 days. For government deployments, voter verification typically takes around 2 weeks depending on the country's population. For organizations, the timeline depends on the size of the voter registry.
Where is the data hosted?
You choose. The database can be hosted on your own servers or managed by us — it's entirely up to you. Either way, all data remains fully yours and is handled in accordance with our data protection policies.
What happens if I terminate my licence?
Upon termination, we decommission the E-Voting portal for your deployment. If we manage your database, all databases and generated content are handed over to you. If you host your own database, it remains in your custody. Any other proprietary data and files are returned as part of the formal offboarding process.
How do I manage the electoral account?
You will be given access to administrative dashboards with role-based access levels. For governments, this is managed by the electoral body chairman and regional officers. For organizations, it's managed by designated administrators. Dashboard capabilities are outlined here.
Are votes secure?
Absolutely. All votes are fully encrypted and securely archived regardless of whether the deployment is for a government or an organization. No individual vote can be viewed, altered, or tampered with by anyone — including our own team.
